Silica Gel
sachets contains silica gel of suitable
particle size heat sealed in non woven
fabric (Paper) and stitched in perforated
cotton cloth. |

Silica gel
packed is robust which can withstand
friability test. As a result, the silica gel
does not disintegrate in to fine particles
and does not pass through the packing
material.
At the same
time, the packing material is permeable to
moisture content of the environment to
facilitate the dehumidifying or drying
process. The material which comply the
packing material requirement are non woven
fabric or perforated cloth.
Silica gel is
packed using heat sealing process or are
machine sewn. |

We produce a
range of standard sizes Silica gel sachets
using both Indicating (Blue) or
non-indicating (White) silica gel. Sachet
using indicating silica gel has blue tinge
in activated state. In case non-indicating
it does not gives such indication.
An active self-indicating(Blue) silica gel
sachet gives a clear sign that an item is
safe from further detoriation from moisture.
All sachets are printed with "DESICCANT
SILICA GEL – DO NOT EAT" or other
instruction printed as per customers
recommendations, packs can also be printed
with the text matter provided by you with
your logo for your organisation visibility.
We provide perporated cotton sachets, which
are suited for certain, applications, which
require comparatively larger quantity of
Silica gel, which can range from 25gm to
1kg, to withstand the weight of Silica gel.
Non woven Fabric (paper) sachets are
available from 0.5gm to 100gms. |

dehumidifying & dehydrating agent, major
application of Silica gel is the protection
against moisture attack.
It is used as desiccant, water absorbents,
anti fungous and rust inhibitors. |

Corrugated Box with inside poly liner on
Customer's demand.
Export :
Fiber Drum with double inside poly liner.
However, these standard packaging shall be
modified incase customer has its own
specification for packaging. |
